• Special Delivery: Available on request – perfect for urgent gifts or magical moments!
Dispatch Times
• Fairy Kits & Letters: Usually sent within 2–3 working days• Bespoke Fairy Doors: Handcrafted to order – please allow 2–3 weeks for creation and dispatch
Each parcel is carefully wrapped in eco-friendly packaging, with love, magic, and a sprinkle of fairy dust.

Damaged goods
Each fairy kit and letter is made with care and love. If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please do get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and I’ll do my very best to make it right.

Custom orders
Because many of my items are handmade or made to order, I don’t currently accept returns for custom or personalised items (like bespoke fairy doors). However, if there’s ever a problem, please let me know — kindness and communication are always welcome here.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. Wherever possible, I use recyclable, compostable, or reused materials to tread gently on the earth. Your fairy treasures will still feel beautifully wrapped — just without the waste.
