Returns & Cancellations
 
Each fairy kit and letter is made with care and love.
 
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please do get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and I’ll do my very best to make it right.
 
Because many of my items are handmade or made to order, I don’t currently accept returns for custom or personalised items (like bespoke fairy doors).
 
However, if there’s ever a problem, please let me know — kindness and communication are always welcome here.
 
Need to cancel?
If your order hasn’t been posted yet, I’m happy to cancel and refund. 
Just email me on info@mytinylittlestudio.co.uk as soon as possible.
